Responsibilities:
Manage IT digital assets and requirements of the company.
Provide first-tier support for computers, printers and network issues.
Conduct routine device check and ensure data backup procedures are in place.
Manage company’s cloud storage system and IT documentation compliance.
Prepare and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and support records.
Assist with the administration of user accounts and user access matrices
Coordinate IT incidents, requests, and assist in IT projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science from a recognized institution with at least 1-2 years of operational experience.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and networking fundamentals.
Familiarity with email systems, network printers, and IT asset management.
Knowledge of programming skills will be an advantage.
Understanding of IT security concepts.
Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
