Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote property projects and services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships.
• Plan and manage office events, client engagement activities, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing and BD initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals to support business growth.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese to liaise effectively with Chinese-speaking clients.
• Prior experience in marketing, business development, or event management is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
