Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate kitchen operations to ensure efficient workflow and team performance
- Manage and develop the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food preparation and service
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and adherence to recipes to meet customer expectations
- Plan menus strategically to balance creativity, customer preferences, and cost control
- Monitor and control food costs to optimize profitability without compromising quality
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with regulatory requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 5 years of kitchen experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated by managing kitchen teams effectively
- Culinary skills applied to menu planning, food preparation, and quality assurance

- Work Schedule: 5-day work week (rotating shifts)
