Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery notes or invoices
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
Load and unload delivery vehicles safely
Label, sort, and store inventory in designated locations
Perform regular stock checks and assist with inventory control
Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts – if certified)
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse
Report damaged goods or discrepancies to the supervisor
Follow company health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage
Ability to lift heavy items (up to [insert weight, e.g., 25 kg])
