Salary: $2,500 - $3,200

5Days Week (Full Time)
Mon-Fri: 9.30am-6.30pm

Some Retails Sales, or Promoter Experience preferred
(You will be place to handle customers, understand the operation and slowly will handle call in customer
Job Responsibility:
·Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
·Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other salesactivities.
·Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
·Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
·Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients.
· Workclosely with internal support teams to ensure smooth sales execution.
·Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
· Stayupdated on insurance products, market trends, and competitors.
·Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events when required.
·Provide professional responses to customer enquiries and issues.
·Track and review sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
·Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Job Requirement:
·Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level qualification.
·Prior experience in sales, business development, or retail sales will be anadded advantage.
·Strong positive attitude with a passion for sales and achieving results.
·Self-motivated, determined, and able to work independently with minimalsupervision.
·Willing to learn and grow in the insurance industry (training and support willbe provided).
· Goodworking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel,PowerPoint).
· Ableto handle customer information with a strong sense of confidentiality and dataprivacy.
·Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with English- andChinese-speaking clients.
·Training and support provided.
