Located at Golden Cafe Food Court in Katong Shopping Centre, we are looking for a responsible and hands-on Outlet Supervisor to support the daily operations of the food court. The candidate will assist in maintaining service standards, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and supporting operational coordination within the outlet. Applicants should possess good communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a food court environment.

Roles& Responsibilities

•   Assist in daily outlet operations and ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational procedures.

·    Manage POS system operations and maintain accurate daily sales records.

·    Assist the Outlet Manager in staff scheduling and manpower arrangements.

·    Ensure accuracy in cash handling and reconciliation processes.

·    Maintain outlet cleanliness, organisation, and operational standards.

·    Coordinate and ensure outsourced cleaning staff maintain proper cleanliness standards.

·    Oversee food hygiene and safety practices within the outlet.

·    Responsible for ordering, receiving, and checking goods and supplies.

·    Support basic staff supervision and maintain workplace discipline and operational standards.

·    Support daily operational coordination and handle basic customer service matters.

·    Report operational or maintenance issues to the management team when necessary.

Essential Skills & Requirements
•   Minimum ‘N’ Level qualification with at least 3 years of relevant F&B operational experience.

·    Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate.

·    Experience in using Infotech attendance and scheduling modules is an advantage.

·    Basic computer literacy and ability to use POS systems and operational software.

·    Good hands-on problem-solving skills related to food court or coffee shop operations.

·    Able to work independently and maintain positive working relationships within the team.

·    Basic inventory monitoring and stock coordination experience preferred.

Working Hours

6-day work week | 1 rest day per week (scheduled on weekdays) | Working hours based on operational roster requirements | Required to work on rotational shifts during weekends and public holidays.

We are seeking a proactive and highly hands-on Outlet Assistant/ Outlet Manager to lead our quick-service operations and drive ahigh-performance culture. We need a decisive leader who is highly proficient in Excel and unafraid to challenge the status quo, address subpar performance and strictly enforce standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Proactive Leadership & Culture: Lead a shift toward a disciplined culture by being present on the floor. Identify and eliminate "bad habits" proactively, address attitude issues immediately, and hold the team accountable. Must be comfortable having difficult conversations and enforcing discipline to maintain standards.
• Hands-on Operational Excellence: Lead by example during peak periods. Ensure 100% team compliance in food assembly, grooming, and punctuality through direct supervision and enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Data-Driven Inventory & Cost Control: Take full ownership of inventory management. Conduct regular stocktakes, manage supplier orders, and must use Excel to track wastage, analyze trends, and ensure strict portion control to meet COGS targets.
• Advanced Roster & Manpower Planning: Design and manage efficient duty rosters on a 6-day work week cycle. Use Excel to optimize manpower against peak-hour demand while maintaining lean labour costs and MOM compliance.
• HR Collaboration: Work closely with the HR Department on recruitment, disciplinary actions, and staff performance appraisals. Ensure all outlet documentation and administrative records are accurate and submitted on time.
• Compliance: Maintain cleanliness and ensure 100% compliance with SFA/NEA food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant managerial experience specifically within Quick Service or high-volume casual dining.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel for data tracking, roster planning, and reporting.
• Advantageous to have prior experience or familiarity with Infotech HRIS.
• A proven track record of managing difficult team dynamics through firm and direct communication. Not afraid to "offend" or challenge staff to maintain high standards.
• Onrotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays (Rest days will be scheduled on weekdays).
• Possess a valid Food Hygiene certificate.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily outlet operations, conducting regular audits, routine checks and operational reviews to ensure consistency and high performance.
• Enforce strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, workplace safety and hygiene standards (including SFA license requirements).
• Provide direct training, mentoring and guidance to supervisor and staff to build a positive, harmonious and high-spirit team culture.
• Manage fair and transparent staff rosters to ensure optimal operational coverage, demonstrating the ability to step in personally to cover absences.
• Embrace digital initiatives by mastering in-house systems and utilising Excel for reporting to improve productivity.
• Act as the primary contact for tenants, vendor, and internal staff to ensure clear communication and smooth collaboration.
• Assist in designing and implementing standardised workflows to scale business operations and support new brand concepts. 

Requirements

• At least 5 years of prior experience in F&B or retail operations.
• Proven track record in managing staff rosters; must demonstrate the ability to schedule fairly and transparently to avoid favouritism and ensure optimal operational coverage at all times.
• Prepared to personally return to work or step in to support operations on short notice in the event of staff medical leave or urgent absences.
• Able to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays, and commit to long hours based on operational needs.
• Hands-on and proficient in computer applications, especially Excel; familiar with SFA licence application and renewal processes.
• Practical, detail-oriented and able to think on your feet to resolve on-site issues independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve a variety of Chinese dishes, including stir-fry, soups, meats and seafood, according to company standards.
• Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating and portion control.

• Ensure proper handling, storage and rotation of food ingredients.

Requirements

• Must not have food allergies (due to handling of seafood, spices and other ingredients).
