Key Responsibilities
1.Responsible for vibration analysis of ultra-precision equipment, including building vibration models, performing open-loop/closed-loop vibration analysis, and predicting vibration characteristics;
2. Develop vibration control strategies using passive, active, or semi-active control technologies to improve equipment stability;
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as mechanical and control engineering to optimize design solutions based on vibration analysis results;
4. Conduct vibration testing and validation, evaluate design effectiveness based on experimental data, and continuously improve vibration design technologies.
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanics, or other related disciplines;
2. Strong theoretical foundation in vibration analysis and control, with proficiency in simulation software and experimental testing methods;
3. Good problem-solving ability and strong team spirit; able to communicate and collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
