We are an interior contracting A&A firm on the path of growth. We are inviting an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our fast expansion team as Project Manager. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing and executing various aspects of building, construction, and A&A projects from initiation to completion, with a particular focus on Building or Interior Works.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Develop project plans and oversee all operational and administrative procedures from project initiation to completion

· Involvement in proposal and tendering phase to provide insights and advice

· Collaborate with Client, Consultant Teams and Sub-contractors to ensure that project objectives are met, and overall construction progress are within time schedules

· Monitor and control project costs and expenses to ensure that project stays within budget

· Stay updated on regulatory requirements, and ensure all necessary submissions, clearances and documentation are in place

· Ensure that work meets the quality standards and specifications set forth in the project plans and contract documents, and comply with local building regulations and company ISO standards.

· Lead a team of project team members to identify and mitigate project risks, and solve construction issues throughout the project lifecycle

· Support the Project Director in any other Project Management related activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Relevant Degree in Civil/ Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from university recognised by PE Board of Singapore or BCA

· Minimum 5 years working experience in project management of building, construction and A&A works

· Dynamic and motivated personality with good communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong leadership to lead a team of dedicated project team members

· Ability to think out-of-the-box

· Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project

· Certification in “Construction Safety Course for Project Managers”

In this role, you will play a critical role in managing and executing various aspects of A&A projects from initiation to completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Taking off quantities, pricing and preparation of tender submission

· Prepare Bills of Quantity

· Source for sub-contractors and suppliers, evaluation of price comparison and costing summary

· Analyze project specifications to recommend cost-saving measures

· Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control

· Monitor and keep track of project cost as per planned schedule and budget

· Measure and determine amount of work done at stages to evaluate progress and contractual claims by sub-contractors

· Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers, and sub-contractors

· Carry out contract administration duties

REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma / Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying or equivalent from a recognized institution / University

· At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field

· Be able to take instructions and work independently

· Good communications skills, able to interact with people of all levels

· Able to work well in a team

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities includebut not limited to:

·      Assist the M&E Project team in preparing shop drawings, designcalculations, technical reports, and material take-offs.

·      Check M&E drawings to ensure compliance to industrystandards, local regulations, and client specifications.

·      Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensureaccurate interpretation of drawings.

·      Assist M&E Project team on the preparation and submissionof M&E as-built drawings, operations & maintenance manuals.

·      Update, organize and maintain current drawings / documentation

REQUIREMENTS

·      ITE/ Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalentfrom a recognized institution

·      At least 2 years of working experience in the related field

·      Proficiency in Autocad & Revit software

·      Able to take instructions and self-motivated  

·      Able to work well independently as well as in a team
