Job Summary

Lead ICT solutions development, client engagement, and regional business growth as Solutions Director, driving digital transformation and enterprise IT projects for clients in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of tailored ICT and digital solutions to meet enterprise client needs
• Engage clients to gather detailed business requirements and propose effective technology solutions
• Drive business development initiatives to identify and secure new opportunities in Singapore and regional markets
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for ICT consulting and solutions services to expand market presence
• Oversee implementation of IT systems, infrastructure, and digital transformation projects ensuring timely and successful delivery
• Manage client relationships to maintain satisfaction and ensure project success
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop scalable, customized ICT solutions
• Analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities in digital transformation and enterprise IT
• Support and maintain partnerships with technology providers and industry stakeholders to enhance service offerings

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines
• At least 10 years of experience in ICT solutions, technology consulting, or enterprise IT services
• Experience managing teams of more than 10 people
• Proven track record in solution design, project delivery, and client engagement
• Demonstrated success in business development or managing key enterprise accounts
• Experience working on regional or cross-border projects, preferably with over 5 years in Singapore and Southeast Asia
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, IT infrastructure, or enterprise systems
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Fortune 500 companies
