We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Air-Conditioning Engineering Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems, as well as supporting Addition & Alteration (A&A) works for building construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, maintain, and repair air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system inspections.
• Troubleshoot and rectify electrical and mechanical faults.
• Support ACMV works for building construction and A&A projects.
• Ensure work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
• Prepare maintenance records, service reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams as required.
• Travel to various project sites across Singapore to perform assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in building construction systems, particularly in Addition & Alteration (A&A) works.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willing to travel islandwide.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Offer will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Summary

Support architectural project management by preparing plans, monitoring site progress, managing documentation, coordinating stakeholders, assisting client presentations, and resolving complaints to ensure smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural plans, drawings, and designs to support project development
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project timelines
• Manage project documentation and submit timely reports and updates to stakeholders
• Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution
• Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to clients to communicate project status and proposals
• Address complaints and concerns from stakeholders, clients, and the public professionally and promptly to maintain positive relations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related field
• Experience in architectural project management and public relations (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Willingness to follow site working hours
