Job Responsibilities;
- Manage detailed project budgets, track expenditures, and perform variance analysis to prevent cost overruns.
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet defined business objectives.
- Identify potential financial and operational bottlenecks and implement contingency plans.
- Managing project contracts, project lifecycle on budgetary control, ROI analysis, risk mitigation, generate KPIs and prepare reports to measure project success.
- Review internal workflows and facilitate communication between several departments to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
- May perform other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Job Requirements;
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project management, specifically within a corporate finance or business operations environment.
- Strong leadership, team-building, mentoring skills and good communication skills to manage high-performing teams.
- Require to handle both English and Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements and business development activities.
