About the role

What you'll be doing

·       Developing detailed project plans, schedules andbudgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery

·       Identifying and mitigating project risks,implementing appropriate contingency measures to keep projects on track

·       Monitoring project progress and performance,providing regular updates to key stakeholders

·       Collaborating with clients, vendors and otherexternal partners to align on project requirements and objectives

·       Mentoring and developing more junior members ofthe engineering team

What we're looking for

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented LogisticsAssistant to support our daily warehouse and logistics operations. Thesuccessful candidate will assist in coordinating deliveries, inventorymanagement, documentation, and ensuring smooth logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor dailydelivery schedules.

• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, transporters, and warehouse personnel.
• Update and maintain inventory records accurately.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and recording incoming goods.
• Maintain proper filing of logistics and shipping documents.
• Support the Logistics Executive/Manager in daily operational activities.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant logistics or warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
