Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of a beauty and massage outlet, managing staff, customer service, sales targets, inventory, and regulatory compliance to drive business success and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the beauty and massage outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Develop and manage staff schedules, conduct training, and evaluate performance to maintain a motivated and skilled team
- Maintain high standards of customer service and hygiene to enhance client satisfaction and safety
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve feedback or complaints to uphold the outlet’s reputation
- Monitor sales performance regularly and implement strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability and cost control
- Ensure all operations comply with relevant Singapore regulations to maintain legal and safety standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty, spa, or massage industry
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Basic knowledge of massage or beauty treatments
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays
- Strong communication skills applied to customer service interactions
- Demonstrated responsibility, proactivity, and teamwork in previous roles
