Job Summary

Manage and coordinate airfreight, oceanfreight, and trucking shipments to ensure timely clearance, accurate documentation, and effective communication with customers, vendors, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate airfreight, oceanfreight, and trucking shipments to ensure efficient and smooth operations
• Collaborate with clearance vendors to expedite fast terminal clearance for shipments
• Verify and declare accurate permits for all shipments to comply with regulations
• Coordinate shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and avoid delays
• Communicate shipment status updates promptly to customers and overseas partners
• Record shipment arrivals and arrange timely delivery and proof of delivery (POD)
• Support cost and selling price accuracy for each shipment job
• Generate accurate and prompt billing invoices for customers
• Monitor vendor service standards and ensure compliance with agreed requirements
• Manage vendor performance to guarantee timely deliveries and quality service
• Respond to requests for quotations (RFQ) and rate inquiries to support sales efforts
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure high-quality customer service
• Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management

Support the team leader to ensure efficient operations, accurate order fulfillment, timely shipment coordination, and excellent customer and vendor service in a warehouse and logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team leader to coordinate daily operations and manage assigned customer accounts efficiently
• Process orders accurately and fulfill them promptly to meet customer service level agreements (SLAs)
• Verify and declare correct permits for all shipments to ensure regulatory compliance
• Coordinate shipment arrangements and order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate shipment and order status updates promptly to customers and overseas partners
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to support operational efficiency
• Monitor vendor service standards and manage vendor performance to ensure timely deliveries
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to deliver excellent customer service
• Perform other official duties as assigned by senior management

· Update shipments departure timely to customers.

· Ensure accurate and fast billing to customers.

· Ensure timely deliveries and manage Vendors’ performance .

· Assist to reply to RFQ/Rates Request.

· Maintain good relations with all customers and ensure good customer services.

• Support the manager to ensure efficient and smooth handling of shipments

• Ensure smooth and timely coordination of shipments.

• Ensure Customers/ Overseas Partners are timely updated on shipment status.

• Ensure timely sending of pre-alerts for all shipments.

• Update shipments uplift report.

• Assist to ensure selling/cost job for each job.

• Ensure accurate and fast billing to customers.

• Ensure service standards are met with all vendors.

• Manage Airlines/Trucking/ Co-loader network and ensure best buying rates for the company.

• Response to RFQ/Rates Request.

• Maintain good relations with all customers and ensure good customer services.

• Develop Network Agents and attend to Networks agent enquiries.

• Ensure profitability for businesses secured by sales with regular review with management.

• Development of airfreight/oceanfreight/logistics businesses from existing customers/overseas partners assigned.

• Any other official duties assign by Senior management.
