As a financial service sales manager, you will help individuals and businesses protect their financial well being by recommending suitable insurance and financial planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, referrals and outreach.
Conduct financial needs analysis to better understand client's goals and risk profile.
Recommend appropriate insurance products (life, health, general insurance, investment-linked plans)
Explain policy features. benefits, exclusions, and premium structures clearly.
Build and maintain long term client relationship.
Provide after-sales service including policy reviews, claim support, and updates.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum local poly Diploma, A level (Degree preferred).
No prior experience required as training will be provided but sales experience will be an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self driven, disciplined and goal-oriented.
