The Role

As a Marketing Executive, you willhelp strengthen our digital presence through content creation, website updates,campaign execution, and cross-channel marketing support. You will work closelywith the marketing team to create content that drives awareness, engagement,and lead generation across multiple markets and product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging, and well-structured content for blogs, landing pages, website copy, EDMs, and other marketing materials.
• Support website content updates and on-page improvements aligned with SEO best practices.
• Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and social media channels.
• Contribute to social media content planning and support event-related marketing activities.
• Research industry trends in cloud, observability, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation to develop relevant and insightful content.
• Support the Marketing Manager with campaign coordination, reporting, and other ad hoc marketing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 Years Experience
• Strong English writing and copywriting skills with the ability to produce compelling content for different audiences.
• Experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Strong research skills and curiosity about technology, especially in cloud, SaaS, and IT-related topics.
• Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic Chinese communication skills, both spoken and written, to support cross-regional collaboration.

KeyResponsibilities

·      Support daily business operations for the cloud business, including quotation support, contractfollow-up, order processing, and procurement coordination.

·      Assist the sales team in driving project execution, and follow up on key stages including opportunityprogression, contract signing, delivery, and payment collection.

·      Coordinate with cloud vendors and partners on relevant processes, including policy alignment, qualification support, registration, and incentive tracking.

·      Work closely with internal teams such as sales, technical, delivery, and finance to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.

·      Prepare business data, operational reports, and basic analysis to support business visibility and decision-making.

·      Support renewal, change request, settlement, and reconciliation-related operational tasks.

·      Assist in optimizing business and operational processes to improve efficiency and standardization.

Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree or above.

·      Prior experience in businessoperations, sales operations, project operations, or cloud-related business is preferred.

·      Must be proficient in English and Chinese, as the role requires regular communication with internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients across multiple regions.

·      Strong coordination, execution, and sense of responsibility.

·      Detail-oriented, with good documentation, spreadsheet, and data handling skills.

·      Experience in cloud computing,IT services, SaaS, or partner/vendor ecosystem is preferred.

·      Experience with AWS, AlibabaCloud, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR/Admin Executive to support daily human resource operations and administrative functions. This role focuses on recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle administration, and general HR support to ensure smooth HR operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities including job posting, coordinating interviews, and assisting in candidate selection processes.

• Work with hiring managers to prepare and update job descriptions and hiring requirements.

• Assist in preparing employment contracts, employment letters, and onboarding documentation for new hires.

• Coordinate employee onboarding and off-boarding processes, including documentation and internal communication.

• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and internal HR databases.

• Assist in organizing employee orientation sessions, training coordination, and HR-related activities.

• Support internship recruitment and coordination with educational institutions where required.

• Provide administrative support for HR operations and company events such as employee engagement activities or internal meetings.

• Ensure HR documentation is properly maintained and updated in compliance with company policies.

• Support HR initiatives, projects, and perform other HR or administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Organized and able to handle confidential information responsibly.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
