Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all barbershop locations
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets
• Manage and lead store managers, barbers, and support staff
• Ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction across all outlets
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Drive marketing initiatives and brand positioning
• Identify expansion opportunities, including new locations and partnerships
• Maintain compliance with local regulations, health, and safety standards
• Build a strong company culture and promote staff development and retention

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior management role (Managing Director, General Manager, or similar)
• Experience in the grooming, beauty, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid understanding of business operations, financial management, and P&L responsibility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and hands-on environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-location businesses
• Background in barbershop or salon operations
• Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences
