Job Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, job offers, and onboarding support.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring activities and candidate pipelines.
• Organize and participate in career fairs, recruitment drives, and industry events to build a strong talent pool.
• Stay updated with Singapore Employment Act and labor regulations to ensure compliance.
• Support new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and HR initiatives.
• Provide support to the HR team in various HR projects and process improvements.
Job Requirements
• Degree in Business, Human Resource, or any related.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and labor laws.
• Willing to support weekend recruitment activities such as career fairs when required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.
• Results-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Agile and adaptable with the ability to work through ambiguity and change.
