Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Prepare, organize, and maintain company records and documents
• Assist in handling quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders
• Support project documentation, submissions, and filing
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and clients on administrative matters
• Manage emails, phone calls, and office correspondence
• Assist in staff attendance, leave, timesheets, overtime, and claims records
• Maintain office supplies and support day-to-day office operations
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Responsible, meticulous, and willing to learn
• Relevant administrative experience is preferred
• Experience in engineering, construction, or electrical industry will be an advantage

Electrical Installation Technician

Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Electrical Installation Supervisor/Technician/Engineer to support project execution, site coordination, technical planning, and supervision of electrical installation works.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical installation works for projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical requirements before execution
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Prepare method statements, work procedures, site reports, and project documentation
• Monitor project progress, quality, and site activities to ensure timely completion
• Provide technical support for installation, testing, and commissioning activities
• Attend project meetings, site inspections, and coordination sessions
• Ensure works are carried out in compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements
• Assist in material planning, manpower coordination, and site resource management
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical or installation issues

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Relevant experience in electrical installation, project execution, or site coordination preferred
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with site safety practices and project documentation
• Experience in LV/MV electrical systems will be an advantage
