Job Responsibilities :

1. Tender & Cost Estimation

Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial kitchen projects across hospitality, F&B, industrial, and institutional sectors.

Analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, and site conditions to determine project scope and requirements.

Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and costing sheets for equipment, fabrication, utilities, accessories, and installation.

Ensure compliance with client specifications, industry standards, and local regulations.

Evaluate alternative options or value‑engineering proposals to achieve cost competitiveness.

2. Pricing & Procurement Coordination

Source and verify supplier quotations for equipment, materials, and subcontractor works.

Maintain updated pricing databases for local fabrication and imported equipment.

Collaborate with procurement to negotiate best pricing and delivery terms.

3. Tender Submission Management

Prepare complete tender packages, including commercial proposals, technical submissions, drawings, schedules, and approvals.

Ensure timely submission of tenders according to client deadlines.

Review tender clarifications, prepare responses, and participate in tender interviews if required.

4. Project Handover & Support

Conduct handover to project teams post‑award, ensuring clarity of scope, cost assumptions, equipment selections, and key deliverables.

Assist project teams with any costing‑related queries during execution.

5. Stakeholder Communication

Work closely with sales teams to understand client needs and develop competitive tender strategies.

Collaborate with kitchen designers to ensure alignment between technical drawings and costing.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors for clarifications and adjustments.

6. Financial & Reporting Responsibilities

Prepare cost summaries, variance analyses, and pricing reports for management review.

Track tender conversion rates, project margins, and pricing trends.

Ensure that costing methodologies remain updated and aligned with company targets.

Job Requirements :

• Familiarity with stainless‑steel fabrication and custom commercial kitchen buildouts.

• Experience in hospitality, F&B equipment supply, construction, or MEP coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

Operational Support:

• Assist the Account Manager in coordinating and prioritizing maintenance tasks, addressing issues encountered by the team.

•Support the optimization of manpower, standard time, equipment, and energy usage.

•Provide regular updates on maintenance activities and help resolve operational challenges.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Assist in responding to customer complaints and support customer satisfaction investigations.

•  Work with the Account Manager to collect feedback from customers, Dealers/Distributors, and maintain positive relationships.

• Help escalate complex issues to the Account Manager that may impact service quality or business performance.

Financial Support:

• Assist the Account Manager in monitoring financial performance, documenting expenses, and helping to track account receivables.

• Support the management of after-sales service delivery, including the use of Microsoft Business Central for financial tracking.

• Aid in the preparation of financial reports, including service revenue and margin data.

Team Management:

•  Provide administrative support in the recruitment, interviewing, and training of technicians as required by workload demands.

• Support the management of a team of technicians by tracking their schedules, workload, and performance metrics.

•Help facilitate communication between technicians, subcontractors, OEMs and the Account Manager to ensure smooth operations.

Logistics and Procurement:

• Assist with parts, materials, and tools procurement for scheduled maintenance, repairs, and emergency service calls.

• Support logistics planning to ensure that the necessary resources are available for maintenance activities.

• Aid in the coordination with subcontractors, from comparing quotations to ensuring timely delivery of services and materials.

Contract and Quotation Support:

• Help in the preparation and management of contract renewals, ensuring that all necessary documentation is in place.

• Assist the Account Manager in generating quotations for simple repairs and service requests.

Health, Safety, and Compliance:

• Help drive Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) initiatives, ensuring compliance during all maintenance operation.

• Support the monitoring of safety standards and participate in creating EH&S awareness within the team.

Performance Metrics:

• Assist in tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), such as technician productivity, field expenses, and Aftermarket Service Sales revenue.

•Provide regular feedback on operational performance to the Account Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central or similar tools.

• Understanding of EH&S standards and practices.

• Passionate in picking up knowledge of Professional/Commercial Foodservice Equipment.

• Meticulous and able to handle large volume of work with high accuracy.

• Independent worker who is reliable to deliver without supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Demos & Product Application: Plan, prepare, and conduct high-impact culinary demonstrations (Individual Cooking Experiences - ICE) for potential clients, demonstrating how products solve their operational challenges.
• Customer Consultation: Work with clients to adapt their menu items to new equipment or ingredients, ensuring improved quality and consistency.
• Technical Support & Training: Provide post-sale support, including installation training, product operation, and maintenance guidance for dealers and end-users.
• Sales & Business Development: Support the sales team by identifying potential prospects, fostering relationships, and conducting in-depth product presentations to win new accounts.
• Market Analysis & Feedback: Stay updated on current food trends, competitor activities, and market demands to provide insights for future product development.

Requirements:

• Culinary Experience: Strong background in professional kitchens (min. 3 years) with technical expertise in various cooking methods.
• Sales/Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively, negotiate, and present products confidently.
• HoReCa Expertise: Experience in the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering (HoReCa) sector is highly preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with high-end kitchen equipment, food technology, or ingredients.
• Professional Qualification: A diploma in culinary skills or a related field is an advantage.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel to client sites and work flexible hours
