Communications

• Oversee all internal and external communications, ensuring the Company’s branding is consistent and all messaging is aligned to the Company’s strategy, including donor communications and social media presence
• Develop program including but not limited to cause-related marketing, corporate social responsibility programmes and events.
• Develop new creative innovative marketing strategies for fundraising and donor acquisition purposes

Community Partnerships

• Explore, build and develop new and existing community partnership and develop, plan and execute the strategy for programmes and events to raise awareness and promote the Company
• Explore, develop and market outreach programmes with clients, beneficiaries, donors, communities, government departments as appropriate to promote products and services of the Company
• Explore, analyse and investigate potential new projects
• Explore potential invitations to bid for tenders and grants available for partners and the Company, to promote the Company
• Develop tailored corporate sponsorship proposals in support of specific communications and activities including mass fundraising events
• Identify and foster strong relationships with new corporate prospects and ensure existing corporate donors are stewarded appropriately, resulting in profitable long-term partnerships
• Support the CEO to ensure that fundraising and acquisition goals are achieved and tracked, and contribute to the department’s overall fundraising objectives
• Develop case studies on our partnerships. Share best practices of local activations
• Preparation of administrative programme and guest lists
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements

Graphic Design

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction
• Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials pres not limited to releases, press kits, newsletters, corporate videos and related marketing materials.
• Development and management of Email marketing, Web site management and content development

Others

• Engage families from the special needs community with meaningful activities
• Plan, advertise, prepare logistics and operations of programmes
• Support the event management function
• Assist in organising and planning of annual events and other events gearing towards engaging the community
• Supporting the Management in other duties when required
• Supervising and guiding of new hires and interns

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or relevant field of study
• 1-3 years of working experience or relevant fields and industries
• Willingness to learn, to be able to render assistance and support, problem solve and execute
• Positive attitude
• Able to multi-task and coordinate well with multiple vendors and departments

• Develops and implements learning curriculum and content that is consistent with current trends and best practices adhering to Effective Employment Skills and Employment Plans.
• Develop and implement learning curricula and content tailored to the F&B setting, aligned with current industry trends and best practices, while adhering to Effective Employment Skills frameworks and individual Employment Plans.
• Conduct assessments and training plans and provide tailored recommendations on workplace and process modifications to support persons with disabilities in adapting to their job roles and performing tasks effectively.
• Engage in regular communication with caregivers and clients to gain a clear understanding of their goals, interests, aspirations and progress of their child.
• Collaborates with programmes team to assess, design, develop and maintain high quality training programmes.
• Responsible for ongoing development, researching training standards and best practices
• Coordinate training resources and logistics to ensure smooth and effective delivery of programmes.
• Support clients in developing essential social and life skills to enhance their independence and community participation.
• Provide training and guidance to employers, supervisors, and co-workers of persons with disabilities to foster natural support systems within the workplace.
• Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders, such as employers and caregivers, by providing timely and accurate updates on the work progress and performance of persons with disabilities.
• Support all staff, departments and ad hoc events and activities as and when needed.

Job Requirement

• ACTA or ACLP certified
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or relevant field of study
• Experienced in working with individuals with Autism and managing challenging behaviours in both educational and vocational settings.
• 1-3 years of working experience or relevant fields and industries
• Willingness to learn, to be able to render assistance and support, problem solve and execute
