Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for contract review of various projects and handle all contractual matters of the company.

• Highlight discrepancies in tender documents and clarify with Consultants/Clients/Subcontractors
• Review and advise Project Manager on the cost impact for variation of project specifications

Job Requirements:

• Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum5 years in handling QS/Contracts Management in construction industry.
• Strong commercial / financial skills
• Demonstrates strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in both written and spoken forms.
• Strong expertise in tendering and bidding processes

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides support and co-leading with Construction and Project Mangers to include receiving, logging, reviewing, tracking, expediting, and distribution of submittals, RFI’s, and other Project Controls Documentation
• Receives and reviews submittals returned from Architect or Engineer and notifies the Project Team of potential cost and/or schedule impacts based on review comments
• Develops a comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of the contract documents (plans, specifications, schedule, etc.)
• Collects data, assembles, and distributes various weekly reports as required
• Assists the Project Manager, Superintendent and Procurement with purchasing, expediting and receiving material and equipment for the project
• Assists in the preparation, issuance, and receipt of bid packages between field teams and procurement for review and tabulation
• Assists with managing the project schedule on a regular basis. Identifies schedule conflicts and assists the Construction and Project Managers in their resolution
• Actively manage field coordination of subcontractors and quality management
• Manages and maintains all project documentation to ensure the most current project documents are communicated to the Construction team
• Drive the Project Team in the timely completion of all required project closeout documents per contract, including turnover packages, as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, owner training, punch lists, and other related items
• Assists with scheduling of Project Team meetings with all required personnel. Takes and issues meeting minutes as required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Demonstrated ability to understand drawings and specifications, contract documents, materials, means and methods
• Knowledge of accounting principles, estimating, construction costs, scheduling, and purchasing
• OSHA10 preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists the Engineering team to produce drawings for process system such as Bulk Gas, Specialty Gas, Chemical, Distilled Water, Wastewater System. 
• Prepares Piping layout, Equipment layout, Plant layout drawings. 
• Prepares Process and Instrumentation Diagram, Process flow diagram, and schematics drawings. 
• Prepares Piping Isometric, section and detail drawings.

Summary:
The Structural Engineer is responsible for working under the supervision of Senior Engineers to develop structural engineering solutions to the design of buildings and other load-bearing structures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with other disciplines and contractors to support the development of design deliverables such as drawings and specifications
• Reviews shop drawings and submittals to understand how design and construction are inter-related
• Attends construction and design verification walks and submit report of observations
• Prepares structural engineering calculations and finite element modelling under the supervision of a Senior Engineer
• Works closely with design and technical teams in leading the development of design deliverables such as reports and Construction Documents, including drawings and specifications
• Analyses and designs the basic structural components of a building or other structure
• Coordinates structural models and drawings with the other design disciplines
