Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Murex and GFM application's, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that arise.
• Experience in Datamart
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and address system performance bottlenecks, optimize application configurations, and implement enhancements
• Automate repetitive tasks and processes using scripting languages to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Monitor system health, analyze logs, and proactively identify and address potential problems
• To carry out Duty Support rotations among the team members. Also carry out weekend implementations for new product features when on duty week

Requirements:

• Strong technical skills and experience in working with the Murex application, including knowledge of its various modules (e-tradepad, simulation, Limits, Livebook, Mxml, Datamart, etc.)
• Proficient in Unix/Shell scripting and database management
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, with good communication skills
• Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and enhancement of modules such as:IRM / GRC
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions.

• Prepare:Functional Design Documents (FDD)Solution architecture diagramsProcess flow diagrams
• Define configurations, workflows, SLAs, and reporting requirements.

• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
• Conduct demos, UAT sessions, and product training.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and pre-sales solutioning.

• Guide configuration of:Catalog itemsCase managementSLAsNotificationsReports & dashboards
• Validate technical build against functional requirements.

• Define product roadmap and enhancement strategy.
• Establish KPIs and governance metrics.
• Drive adoption and process standardization.

• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Experience implementing at least 2 major ServiceNow modules.
• Process re-engineering and consulting experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage storage infrastructure solutions using Huawei and Brocade products
• Troubleshoot complex storage issues and provide technical support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development from design to deployment
• Ensure seamless storage operations and meet service level agreements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in storage engineering, with expertise in Huawei and Brocade products
• Strong understanding of storage protocols, including Fibre Channel, iSCSI, and network concepts
• Experience with SAN management tools and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
