We are looking for We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented person to join our Singapore team, who will be responsible for preparing transport and export documents in accordance with international export regulations while respecting customers’ confirmed shipping dates and transport instructions (Incoterms), tracking shipments imported from Malaysia by road or express shipping, and monitoring import declarations for accurate GST reporting.

Your Mission
Act as the key contact for dedicated customers to ensure complete solutions using ETEL products for their applications.Issue customers’ invoices.
Fulfill export documents.
Select the right carrier.
Track imports from Malaysia, including GST aspects.
Manage the transport of potential returns to suppliers in Malaysia.Assist with preparing the GST return.
Provide support to the onsite Project and Plant Manager.
Your Profile
Bachelor or Master Degree in engineering (electronic, mechatronic, physics or equivalent).Singapore Business Federation (SBF) or equivalent certification in Managing Imports and Exports in International Trade.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.Proven experience in an import/export or Supply Chain department.
Knowledge of export declarations and GST returns.
Experience with an ERP.
Knowledge and/or experience in sales order management.
Experience in triangular trade flows is considered a plus.
Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills.
Rigorous and flexible approach to work.
Strong communication skills with various stakeholders.
