Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Infrastructure Solutions to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of infrastructure systems across our projects and venues. This role will drive innovation, ensure operational excellence, and oversee end-to-end infra structure delivery from design to implementation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary infrastructure team
• Collaborate with senior management on long term planning and investments

Project & Operations Management

• Oversee design, deployment, and maintenance of infrastructure systems
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of infrastructure for events and venues
• Manage vendors, contractors, and external partners

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with internal teams and external clients
• Act as the main point of contact for infrastructure-related matters
• Present solutions and proposals to clients and stakeholders

Risk & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to workplace safety (WSH) and regulatory requirements
• Develop contingency and risk mitigation plans for infrastructure failures

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or related discipline)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, engineering, or technical operations
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure systems relevant to events, venues, or built environments
• Familiarity with Singapore regulatory standard sand compliance requirements
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate bank-related events, including travel arrangements and on-site support such as logistics coordination when required
• Prepare and process client account opening documentation, including filling in required information, ensuring all documents and details are complete and accurate
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, including coordination and follow-ups
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of operational processes and events
• Maintain proper documentation records and administrative filing
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality, Event Management, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in administrative, operations, event coordination or support roles will have an advantage
• Detail-oriented and organized, especially when handling documentation
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
• Comfortable supporting weekend events (off-in-lieu provided)
