Job role and responsibilities

Management:

1. Team management building and training,work assignment and workflow monitoring. Complete client accounting & taxoutsource work for multiple clients on time and with quality.

2- Manage all aspects of the accounting and tax Service, from quotation negotiation to report issue. Tax computation ande-filing.

3. Review the work results of the team

Advisory:

1. Provide accounting and tax advisory services to clients , Tax planning and applications for tax incentives and exemptions.Tax compliance advisory services

2. Transfer Pricing advisor to clients and help for the documentation preparing.

Others:

1. Statistical work and departmental reporting

2. Other related work arranged by theGeneral Director

Requiment

1.With degree in Accounting (ACCA member or CA is an advantage)

2. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field,

3. At least 3 years in manage experiences in the related position. preferably as managerial positionin accounting firms

4. Proficient in MS office and accountingsoftware( Quick Book, Myob,etc)

5. Excellent communication skills; able to multitask and meet deadlines

1.Financial - Maintain and manage the full set accounts of companies of ERI:
ERI SECRETARIAL SERVICE PTE LTD (ESS),ERI ACCOUNTING SERVICE PTE LTD (EAS),ERI PENGSHENG PAC(EPP)，including-

1.2  Prepare month-end closing such as AP, AL, GL. Annual financial report,

1.2 Quarterly GST reparation & submission for ESS & EAS, and annual tax filing.

1.3 Monitor suppliers' invoices and ensure payments are up-to-date and maintain proper documentation and filing systems for financial records and transactions.

1.4 Invoicing statistics and bank transaction in & out inspection, intercompany transactions and bank reconciliation.

2.Admin- General administrative work，including-

2.1 Office works, Letters & couriers receiving and sending, other office job like scanning, data entry, office rental management, liaise with the management office and landlord.

2.3 Check and verify employee claims for disbursement

2.2 Prepare, calculate CPF & payroll (including commission) of staffs.

2.3 Maintenance of the HR document, recruitment, staff files. Meeting, event arrangement. Visitor reception & registration. Attendance sheet and leaves records updated.

2.4 Work pass (EP & DP/SP/WP) application and renew for staffs if any.

3.   Other jobs- arranged and authorized by the General Manager

Job Summary

Join ERI as a Senior Tax Officer to lead tax return reviews, prepare transfer pricing documentation, represent clients in tax queries, and advise on corporate tax matters, ensuring compliance and accuracy under Singapore tax laws.

Responsibilities

• Review tax returns for Singapore entities and liaise with stakeholders to ensure accurate tax treatment
• Critically evaluate information disclosed in tax returns to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Prepare transfer pricing documentation and review related party transactions for tax return purposes
• Represent clients in tax queries from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS)
• Advise clients on corporate tax matters, including transfer pricing and Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Accounting
• Membership in ACCA or CA is advantageous
• At least 4 years of work experience in taxation
• Experience in the financial services industry or accounting firms is advantageous
• Strong communication skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
