An internal Sales function providing first class support to our Sales Managers and Customers. Supporting in all daily admin tasks and customer communication to help achieve the team and individualtargets of the sale team.

• Administration tasks including updating eStream, quotation modules, raising order forms, capacity checks, distance checks
• Providing internal and Customer support on orders placed via the Epsilon Infiny platform
• Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
• Assist Sales Managers by helping to coordinate bids and proposals with procurement and sales engineering to ensure that the customer orders are correct as proposed and matches the client expectations
• Obtaining the details for new customers, setting them up on the Entity Management Portal
• Uploading any documents and customer contact information onto the central system.
• Proactive intervention when clients are cancelling services to understand the reasons for the cancellation and counter propose alternatives if possible. Endeavour to mitigate churn
• Ad-hoc administrative duties as required from time to time
• Timely updates, quotes, and proposal to clients

Requirements

• Previous telecommunications experience highly desirable

Customer Project Manager (CPM) is part of Epsilon Customer Services Team and is responsible for managing overall delivery of customers’ orders with focus on exceptional customer experience. CPM owns the scope, requirements, schedule, communication, and status of the projects under their charge and is the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.

Customer Service Delivery

• Manage end-to-end delivery of customer’s orders
• Validate the scope, solution and customer requirements as per the signed Service Order Form (SOF)
• Liaise closely with customers – kick-off call, weekly meetings, prompt response to customer queries
• Manage the customer order schedule – set and track milestone for successful delivery
• Task internal stakeholders and coordinate task execution
• Escalate delivery issues and delays appropriately to the right stakeholders and overcome the issues timely to meet RFS date
• Manage project risks and dependencies and recommend workaround to meeting delivery timelines
• Set and meet Ready for Service (RFS) dates, complete customer orders and start billing

Supplier Management

• Liaise closely with suppliers and vendors
• Manage delivery timelines on off-net orders and 3rd party vendors, related to customer orders
• Escalate to suppliers in case of milestone delay or timeline breach
• Order and deliver 3rd party cross-connect

Process & Systems

• Follow Epsilon delivery process and ensure all order documentation is accurate and up to date
• Use Epsilon internal systems for order management and delivery
• Provide feedback and suggestion on process & systems improvements

Communication & Collaboration

• Effectively communicate and collaborate on daily basis with internal stakeholders (Sales, Sales Support, Solutions, Provisioning, Procurement) and external (Customers, Vendors, Suppliers)
• Using best possible communications channel (internal system, phone, IM, email) to resolve ongoing issues and achieve best possible result

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, computer science or equivalent discipline
• 2+ years’ experience in hands-on project management from Telecommunications Industry

To work closely with the Accounts Payable Team Manager and wider business as part of the shared services department. Working as part of a small team, you will use Excel and NetSuite in order to process invoices (around 150 a month). The Accounts Payable Specialist verifies and processes system invoices as well as requests for payment, maintains payment files and executes check generation jobs through completion. The Accounts Payable Specialist performs the activities independently with less supervision

Responsibilities:

• Processing incoming supplier invoices- matching, batching and coding
• Assisting with supplier queries
• Statement reconciliation
• Assisting with preparing invoices for payment
• Assist with month-end closing process
• Create and take action on month-end accounts payable reports
• Process payment-runs for vendors and staff expenses plus ad hoc payments as necessary
• Reviewing the Aged Creditors and investigating any debit balances.
• Resolve issues, serve as a resource in troubleshooting complex matters and ensure that problems are responded to in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including vendors, facilities and colleagues
• Ensure company policies, processes, and procedures are clearly defined, updated and documented

Requirements

• Previous experience of working in an Accounts Payable role
• Basic to Intermediary Excel Skills
• Good attention to detail, proactive and methodical approach to tasks

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the primary purpose of the role is to ensure the Epsilon group consolidated financial results are accurate and reported to schedule under a strong financial control framework. To ensure the quarterly and monthly financial reports requested from KT group and monthly consolidated management report of Epsilon group are accurate and reported to schedule under a strong financial control framework. The role involves a high level of interaction with senior management within the Epsilon Group and KT group. The role has clearly defined core responsibilities but will also include involvement in significant ad hoc issues that arise across the business including process reengineering, systems, working capital management and inter company initiatives.

Responsibility
Reporting and Accounting

• Ensuring the consolidated financialresults are accurate and reported to schedule under a strong financial controlframework
• Preparationand review of the consolidation and IC processes under IFRS
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly group consolidation reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow statements, Intercompany reconciliations, Footnotes

Ownership, implementation, and advice on accounting policies

• Ensuring company compliance of relevant accounting policies and that the business understands their impact/importance

Management of the external audit processes and adherence to the financial control framework

• Active engagement with external auditors to ensure a smooth year-end audit and the timely resolution of judgement areas throughout the year including the timely filing of the consolidated accounts.
• Develop and maintain internal controls over financial reporting

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with minimum of 5 years’ experience in a multinational organisation

• Knowledge of consolidation accounting procedures
• Experience in technology, telecommunication sector is a plus
• Ability to act and operateindependently  
• Be very hands on and possess a can do attitude
• Proficient in MS Office applications
