About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Brand & Marketing Executive to help strengthen and grow our brand across customer touchpoints.
This is a practical role for someone who can think creatively, communicate clearly, and execute well. You will support brand-building work such as improving menus and customer-facing materials, developing campaign ideas, refining messaging, coordinating launches and promotions, and ensuring marketing execution is carried through properly.
This role is suited for someone who enjoys both creative thinking and getting things done.
What you’ll do
- Support brand-building and marketing initiatives across the business
- Rework menus, promotional materials, and other customer-facing collateral
- Create build sheets, simple branded internal materials, and operational marketing assets for staff use
- Help develop campaign ideas, promotional concepts, and messaging themes
- Draft and refine marketing copy, promotional text, and brand messaging
- Coordinate social media posting and marketing rollouts
- Work with internal team members and external vendors to ensure smooth execution
- Support launches, seasonal campaigns, and in-store promotional initiatives
- Help maintain consistency in brand presentation across physical and digital channels
- Visit outlets or events occasionally to support campaign execution and understand on-ground realities
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, communications, design, or a related role
- Good eye for layout, branding, and customer-facing presentation
- Able to handle hands-on design work for simple marketing materials
- Strong written communication and messaging sense
- Organised and reliable, with the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts
- Comfortable working between ideas and execution
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to follow through without excessive hand-holding
- Comfortable using common tools such as Canva, Adobe, CapCut, Meta platforms, Google Workspace, Notion, WordPress or similar tools
Bonus if you have
- Video editing skills
- Experience in F&B, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Experience coordinating campaigns across multiple locations
