Job Summary

Plan and deliver age-appropriate curricula while supervising children to ensure a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment that supports each child’s development and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Design, prepare, and implement curricula tailored to children’s age, skills, and social development to promote effective learning outcomes
• Supervise and engage with children during all program activities, including outdoor play and field trips, to ensure safety and active participation
• Monitor and maintain a safe, healthy environment that supports positive daily experiences for every child
• Demonstrate respect and dignity toward all children, accommodating individual differences to foster inclusivity
• Comply with program policies, health and safety regulations, and emergency procedures to uphold a secure learning setting
• Maintain detailed observational records and portfolios for each child to track developmental progress
• Establish and sustain open, professional, and friendly communication with families to support children’s growth
