We seek a self-driven professional skilled in handling specialised equipment to lead and build project teams in scaffolding, insulation, refractory, and fireproofing works. You will oversee skills training programs to enhance workforce technical capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and organise project teams to execute scaffolding, insulation, refractory, and fireproofing works across various sectors including oil and gas, petrochemical, and manufacturing
- Operate and manage specialised equipment relevant to refractory lining and fireproof lining tasks to ensure quality and safety standards
- Develop and implement skills training programs to transfer technical knowledge and work experience to employees, improving overall workforce capability
- Guide project teams by providing technical expertise and practical support to meet project requirements and client expectations
- Expand operational capabilities by adapting trade skills to new sectors and product offerings
