Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develops, implements, and monitors sales plans to meet or exceed company quotas.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plans and executes online and offline marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and email campaigns.
- Lead Generation: Identifies new business opportunities, prospective clients, and networking opportunities.
- Market Research: Analyzes competitors’ products, market trends, and customer feedback to improve product positioning.
- Client Management: Maintains relationships with existing clients, answering queries, and resolving complaints.
- Event Coordination: Organizes promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Evaluates campaign performance and sales data, reporting ROI to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Diploma and above
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role (min 3 years).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for creating marketing materials and engaging clients.
- Digital Skills: Proficiency in social media management, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and interpret sales data.
- Creativity & Project Management: Ability to develop innovative marketing materials and manage projects under pressure
