Job Description
EDC Tech Pte Ltd is hiring a BIM Modeller specialising in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems to support our growing portfolio of hospital and infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will build and maintain detailed MEP Revit models, working alongside BIM Coordinators and engineering teams to ensure services are accurately modelled and coordinated.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain detailed 3D MEP BIM models in Autodesk Revit MEP, covering Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems
• Model ACMV ductwork, piping systems, cable trays, conduits, and fire protection components to required LOD standards
• Route M&E services in compliance with design specifications, clearance requirements, and installation constraints
• Extract and prepare MEP shop drawings, combined services drawings (CSD), and submission packages from Revit models
• Incorporate design changes, RFI responses, and site modifications into the model promptly
• Follow project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and MEP modelling standards across all deliverables
• Upload and manage model files within the Common Data Environment (CDE) on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Coordinate with BIM Coordinators and other discipline modellers to identify and resolve spatial conflicts
• Perform basic self-checks on model quality including system classification, naming conventions, and parameter accuracy
• Use Bluebeam for drawing markup, redlining, and documentation review
Requirements
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Revit MEP modelling experience on Singapore building or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of M&E systems including ACMV, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection
• Ability to read and interpret MEP engineering drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for file sharing and document management
• Experience using Bluebeam for markup and review workflows
• Understanding of services routing principles, installation clearances, and coordination with other trades
• Knowledge of Singapore M&E standards and authority submission requirements is a plus
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
