Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) for tendering of subcontract packages, including sourcing and evaluation of subcontractors and suppliers.
Conduct contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers, and prepare subcontract agreements.
Monitor project costs to ensure adherence to contract specifications, drawings, and budgets.
Prepare and certify subcontractors’ payment claims.
Evaluate and negotiate revisions, variations, and additions to contractual agreements with subcontractors.
Prepare and submit variation orders, and reconcile quantities with the client’s quantity surveyor in accordance with contract requirements.
Prepare monthly progress claims to the client and assist in developing cash flow forecasts for submission.
Coordinate design changes with the design team and review potential variation claims to the client.
Provide support during both the tendering process and project execution stages.

Ensure machinery and material needed are in place for site activities
Ensure all the machinery is in working condition before work started.

Assist project manager in planning and execution of project plans at construction site
Execute project plan and ensure works completed as per schedule and in accordance to contract specification and design drawing
Ensure construction site fullfill authority's code of practice and comply with safety house rules.
Handle correspondance job paperwork and submission
Liaise with all parties involved in the project including local authorities, consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers
Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule
Prepare and monitor work schedules, project costing, procurement, and coordination with all partied involved to ensure work progress smoothly and completed within target time and budget
Supervise and report progress of the work to Project Manager
Ensuring project progress are on schedule and to meet the timeline given
Make sure having the latest construction drawings on-site and work is constructed as per drawing given.
Update drawing if there is any revision and to keep a updates copy in site office and head office
Feedback to Project Manager on any issue encounter on site and proposed feasible solution.
Any other adhoc duties assigned by Project Manager
Job Specification
Minimun Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 2 - 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
Able to work independantly with minimun supervise
Able to work closely with all level of stakeholder
