We are a locally established aluminium door and window company providing customised solutions for residential and project-based customers. As part of our business expansion, we are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to support customer engagement, sales development, and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development & Customer Engagement

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in channels
• Conduct cold calling and outbound prospecting to identify and develop new customers
• Follow up on leads and assist with quotation preparation and sales closure
• Coordinate site measurement and installation schedules with internal operations teams
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system

Requirements

• Nitec / Diploma / Degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business, Interior Design preferred)
• Open to fresh graduates and mid-career switchers
• Comfortable with outbound calls and engaging new customers
• Willingness to learn sales techniques and product knowledge
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, messaging platforms)
• Proficient in English; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage for customer liaison

We are a locally established aluminium and glass company providing fabrication and installation services for residential and commercial projects. We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee production, site operations, and project coordination.

This role is suitable for experienced candidates as well as mid-career individuals transitioning into the building and construction industry, with structured on-the-job familiarisation provided.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Project Coordination

• Oversee daily operations across fabrication and installation teams
• Plan and manage project schedules from order confirmation to completion
• Allocate manpower and resources across multiple projects
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required

Production Management

• Supervise fabrication processes for aluminium and glass products
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of materials

Site & Installation Management

• Supervise installation teams and coordinate site activities

• On-the-job training provided in: Company products and fabrication processes, Project coordination workflows, Internal systems and reporting processes

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Building, Construction, or related field
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in construction, fabrication, or operations roles
• Open to mid-career switchers with transferable project or operations experience
• Basic understanding of project coordination and scheduling
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in English; Mandarin is an advantage for coordination with stakeholders
