Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project operations across all levels to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Oversee project teams by monitoring manpower arrangements and maintaining high performance standards
- Manage purchasing, sales, and consumables to maintain uninterrupted shop operations
- Liaise effectively with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to support project and shop needs
- Ensure all operations comply with safety, hygiene, and workplace regulations to maintain a safe environment
- Monitor administrative, salary, and project costs to identify opportunities for reducing operational expenses
- Manage vendor and service teams to deliver timely and quality support for projects and shop operations
- Organize and communicate effectively to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders
- Work independently to prioritize and complete multiple tasks efficiently under minimal supervision
