Position Title: Administrative cum Accountant
Industry: Air Conditioning (Aircon) Long Win Engineering Company
Location: Singapore

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative cum Accountant to manage daily administrative tasks and handle the company’s accounting functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations while maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL)

• Prepare invoices, quotations, and purchase orders

• Monitor payments, collections, and bank reconciliations

• Assist with monthly financial reports and documentation

• Manage payroll and CPF submissions (if applicable)

• Maintain proper filing of financial and administrative documents

• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal staff

• Provide general administrative support (emails, scheduling, etc.)

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience (preferably in construction or aircon industry)

• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Salary Range:
SGD 2,800– SGD 4,000 (depending on experience)

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ( 44 hrs. weekly )
