Minimum 15 years of experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or related operations management.
Proven ability to develop new food recipes and create menus.
Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
Able to stand for extended periods and perform effectively under pressure.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams.
Experience in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and management.
Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and financial management.
Willing to cover operational duties when manpower is short-handed.
Preferably possess own vehicle and valid driving license.
Ability to oversee company operational transactions and ensure smooth daily operations.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
