Assist Tender manager with project tender and to assist Project managerto establish the quantity, unit rate, cost. Manage the procurement, evaluation,claim, payment process and prepare the necessary data for cost reporting.

Core Responsibilities

1. Quantity take-off and generation of Schedule of Quantity

2. Request for quotation from vendor and preparation of subcontractagreement and / or purchase order.

3. Handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization ofaccounts

4. To work closely with the Project Team providing cost and financialadvice as well as contractual support and advice during pre-construction,construction and post construction stage.

5. As and when required, you could also travel to and visit work site

6. Assist in the procurement of sub-contractors and suppliers ofspecified materials

7. Assist Project Manager in all contractual and costing matters

8. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Job Specifications

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalentfrom a recognized University.

2. Able to read/understand/execute work based on construction drawings

3. Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills

4. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Overall Job Objectives

Assists the PM to oversee the construction activities, progress, planning, implementing, and monitoring of work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work programme

Core Responsibilities
1. Study & review M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants, sub-contractors as well as project structural & Architectural colleagues team to resolve any technical / site issues/ discrepancies

2. To carry out site supervision on M&E works and arrange inspection with RTO

3. To supervise M&E subcon works and ensure subcontractors progress in accordance to schedule set

4. Arrange all the M&E T&C Works

5. Ensure timely production and submission of M&E shop drawings, materials submission and method statements. All M&E shop drawings, materials and method statement are to be approved before use

6. Highlight and advise the project staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the building works

Job Specifications
1. Degree in Engineering or related disciplines
