Conduct site assessments to evaluate solar potential.
Offer customized solar solutions based on energy needs, budget and roof structure.
Work with engineering teams to ensure system specifications are met.
Work with installation teams for smooth project execution.
Simplify technical information for non-technical inclined customers.
Stay updated on solar technology, trends, and incentives.
Build Long-term client relationships, ensuring post-sale satisfaction.
Keep track of competitors and market trends.
Maintain detail records of sales activities and timelines.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
Min 3 years of experience in sales or techincal roles, ideally in solar or energy sector.
Strong understanding of solar technology and residential / commercial systems.
Proven ability to build relationships and sell solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales software.
Knowledge of local solar incentives and financing options is a plus.
