What do we expect from you?

Under the general guidelines of the Executive Assistant Manager, the Senior Sales Manager / Assistant Director solicits and services transient and group business that enables Mondrian Singapore Duxton to meet and/or exceed set revenue goals.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager position at Mondrian Singapore Duxton. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring guest satisfaction. They will handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise. What do we expect from you?

Under the general guidance of the Director of Food & Beverage or any other authorized by the management, assist in ensuring friendly, efficient and effective service of food and beverages to all guests in a timely fashion in accordance with standards and individual guest requirements, at all times respecting the Mondrian Doha Vision.

How your day looks like:

• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times
• Ensure good communication with Management
• Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items
• Prepare and check tables before service
• Clear and reset tables
• Ensure that all Company practices and procedures are met when delivering food from the kitchen to the Guest
• Ensure the overall cleanliness and order of the restaurant tables, chairs, floors, and service station at all times
• Ensure that all cleaning duties are completed in allocated times to the Company standards
• Complete all opening and closing procedures
• Must be proficient in effective and efficient table maintenance
• Be assertive and attentive at ALL times
• Have thorough knowledge of all product and service procedures

What do we expect of you?

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Mondrian Singapore Duxton. As a Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive customer engagement.

How your day looks:

• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness, Public relations and drive customer acquisition.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and use this information to develop targeted marketing strategies.
• Collaborate and create Marketing collaterals with the respective F&B outlets and department to create promotional materials and sales collateral that effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Collaborate and engage with community around Mondrian Singapore Duxton for partnership and creating a buzz around the neighborhood.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media marketing, Social media content curation, email marketing, and website content management, to enhance brand visibility and engage with our target audience.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate and attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our brand and establish meaningful connections with potential clients.
• Liaising with vendors to expedite collaterals such as Designers, photo, videographers, printers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, media outlets, and partners to maximize brand exposure and generate positive publicity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and finance, to ensure marketing activities align with overall business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging marketing trends, and new technologies to continuously improve our marketing efforts.
• Support and execute Ad-hoc projects and/or Art related projects.
