We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Assistant cum Delivery to support daily warehouse operations and deliveries to hospitals.

Job Scope

• Prepare and pack surgical instruments and medical items for hospital procedures
• Coordinate and perform deliveries and collections to hospitals and customers
• Receive, check and store incoming goods
• Perform stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Track items issued to hospitals and ensure proper return
• Coordinate and prepare items for repair and maintenance (including packing and shipment)
• Maintain cleanliness and perform housekeeping duties in the warehouse
• Assist with other warehouse and operational duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, ITE Certificate or equivalent
• Possess valid Class 3 driving licence (preferred). Candidates with own motorcycle for delivery duties are welcome to apply
• 1–2 years warehouse or delivery experience preferred (training provided for entry-level candidates)
• Basic Microsoft Office (Excel) knowledge
• Organized and responsible
• Reliable with consistent attendance
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work outside normal hours, including early mornings or weekends when required
