· Promoting massage treatments and packages to customers

· Record daily transaction for all services performed

· Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the retail counters

· Enhance guest recognition at all times be addressing guests name and interacting with them on a professional level

· Handle front desk duties such as answering to customer’s queries, appointment, scheduling, Cashiering etc.

· To maintain and update customer database at all time

· Responsible for daily outlet operations such as handling of customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance & coaching to staff, etc

· Able to train, mentor and coach outlet staff to develop and maximize their performance

· Drive & exceed individual & store targets

• Responsible for the cleanliness and neaness of the spa facilities, treatment area.
• Responsible in preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply etc.
• Handle customer queries and maintain strong customer relationship.
• Follow and comply with the intrucstions given by Supervisor.
