5. Familiar with the design and implementation of large-scale distributed systems.
6. Proactive, able to work independently as well as integrate effectively within a team.
7. Strong sense of responsibility, good self-learning ability, and excellent communication skills.
8. Experience with blockchain technology is a plus.

Job description:

• Responsible for server-side requirements analysis, system design, coding implementation, deployment implementation, and performance optimization;
• Responsible for server operation and maintenance to ensure service stability;
• Actively participate in technical difficulties and research on emerging technologies;
• Responsible for server team management.

Job Requirements:

• Solid basic skills such as Java and algorithms, good object-oriented design ideas, a deep understanding of multithreading, familiar with design patterns, and good programming habits;
• Rich experience in web development, familiar with mainstream Java web frameworks, such as Springboot,SpringCloud, mybatis, etc.
• Proficient in SQL, MySQL;
• Experience in distributed system development and optimization;
• Able to read and analyze open source framework source code proficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with merchants during the onboarding process to support backend configuration and API integration.
• Provide technical consultation and guidance on the use of our APIs and system functionalities.
• Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and business teams to ensure a seamless implementation experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve merchant-reported issues related to usage, performance, or integration with our systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants experiencing technical problems or providing feedback on system usability.
• Identify recurring issues and work with the product and engineering teams to recommend improvements.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of issue resolutions, integration guidelines, and FAQs.
• Ensure a high standard of service delivery and customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
• Answer operational and application questions and consult the customer.
• After "go-live", provide technical support to the customer when necessary.
• Work coordination with various internal technical teams, such as Product Team / Support Team / Development Team, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for software installation, deployment, configuration, monitoring, optimization, and maintenance in server-related applications.
• Handle the daily operation and maintenance of basic services of various systems.
• Perform configuration updates and emergency response to failures to ensure high availability of the business.
• Manage company project upgrades, requirements, and resource implementation.
• Support development requirements, testing, and adjustments on the operation and maintenance platform.
• Plan, deploy, implement, and monitor system operations and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct data backup, disaster recovery, data transfer, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Improve system architecture and maintain related operation and maintenance documentation.
• Design and implement automated tools related to operation and maintenance.
• Develop systems such as build systems, continuous integration systems, automated testing platforms, and code quality management systems.
• Maintain the software development pipeline automation to enable Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD).
• Implement infrastructure and operating environments for container-based microservices, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job requirements:

• At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with Cloud hosts, such as AWS or Alibaba Cloud.
• Proficiency in Linux environments including deployment, configuration, and tuning.
• Strong scripting skills (Shell/Python) for operation and maintenance automation.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools and practices, and configuration management tools such as Ansible and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix and ELK.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker, including installation, deployment, configuration, and optimization.
• Company assets, UPS management, and server room maintenance.
• Management of servers, SVN, network, platform, DNS, VPN, and mail services.
• Setup and maintenance of monitoring systems.
• Management of frontend and backend DevOps platforms.
• Setup new laptops for new employees.
• Erase and repurpose laptops for departing employees.
• Troubleshoot and fix laptop issues.
