As a Senior Software Engineer on the Consumer & Business Advanced Trading team, you'll architect and deliver Coinbase's next-generation trading systems for the IntX product, working from Singapore in close collaboration with the Trading team. As a Derivatives Sales Associate on the STP team, you'll accelerate Coinbase Advanced's derivatives growth across APAC by originating and expanding relationships with VIP traders and institutions. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting through onboarding, operating with significant autonomy to deliver measurable market share and revenue growth in one of the most dynamic crypto trading regions.

What you'll do:

• Own end-to-end business development for derivatives in APAC, from client origination through negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing account management to maximize trading volumes.
• Drive targeted sales strategies that grow market penetration and revenue across VIP clients, crypto-native high-volume traders, and institutional accounts.
• Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline in CRM with consistent tracking, timely follow-up, and transparent reporting against revenue and volume targets.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, compliance, and operations to deliver client-centric solutions tailored for APAC markets.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years in derivatives sales, sales and trading, or business development at a tier-1 financial institution, cryptocurrency exchange, or fintech, with a focus on APAC markets.
• Proven origination track record with existing relationships among VIP derivatives traders (crypto or traditional finance) in APAC, demonstrated by measurable revenue or volume growth in prior roles.
• Deep knowledge of derivatives market structure, product types (perpetuals, options, futures), and risk management principles sufficient to consult with sophisticated trading clients.
• History of independently closing complex, high-value deals and consistently exceeding revenue or volume targets.
• Willingness to travel within APAC (up to approximately 30%) and English fluency (spoken and written).

The mission of the team is to protect Coinbase, its customers, and the ecosystem. We engage with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA’s) to help reduce criminal activity and victimisation of users on and off our platform.

This is a remote role and the Investigations Analyst will be reporting to the Global Intelligence Manager. The Investigations Analyst will work with Law Enforcement and other agencies to respond to enquiries for customer data. On occasion they may also be called upon to investigate instances of suspected criminal activity.

The Institutional Onboarding team is made up of high functioning, solutions oriented, compliance support professionals at different levels who work independently and together to mitigate risk for Coinbase and our clients. The team builds relationships with Sales, Account Managers, Compliance, Engineering, etc. to rapidly drive the Onboarding process forward.

The Associate Manager role is integral to the continuous review of Coinbase Institutional clients. As the Associate Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a team of analysts that complete KYC Refresh, Periodic and Trigger Reviews across the suite of products for our Institutional client base. This individual will also interact with coverage teams and serve as the main point of escalation, ensuring timely resolution of any issues related to KYC Refresh, PR, or TR. Associate Managers of the Institutional Onboarding team are up to date on and considered SMEs in industry standards and developments in the areas of KYC, BSA/AML, and OFAC, and provide guidance and feedback to analysts, working collaboratively to meet SLA’s.
