H.A Christie & Co is an established boutique accounting firm serving local and international clients across audit and assurance, tax, outsourced services (accounting, company secretarial, GST) and business advisory. Christie Cosec Services Pte Ltd is an affiliate of H.A. Christie & Co.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of company secretarial clients and ensure timely and accurate compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare and file routine and ad-hoc statutory filings (e.g. Annual Returns, changes in officers, registered office, share capital, constitution updates)
- Coordinate and draft board/shareholder documentation and maintain statutory registers
- Support incorporation, strike-off, share allotments/transfers, appointment/resignation of directors/company secretary, and other corporate actions
- Liaise with clients, ACRA, IRAS, banks and professional counterparts on corporate secretarial matters
- Upkeep of corporate secretarial records
- Where required, contribute to the firm’s other business lines such as audit, accounting, tax, GST and payroll

Requirements:
- A degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field, or a recognised professional qualification
- Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
