Job scope and responsibilities:
Manage reception area.
Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointment making, billing, etc.
Administrative duties such as insurance claims, etc.
Herbal dispensing, packing and stock taking.
Assist TCM physician during consultations if required.
Maintenance of hygiene and cleanliness of clinic.
Any other duties as required.
Requirements
Experience in healthcare setting would be an advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good customer-service mindset
5.5 day work week (may include evening sessions and/or weekends)
