Job Description & Requirements

Performing day to day accounting data entries

Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable, including payment processing of suppliers' invoices

Assist in Monthly Closing, Bank Reconciliation, GST and Audit matters

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Positive working attitude, willing to learn and able to multi task

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

Good oral and written communication skills (spoken and written English and Mandarin in order to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates)

Experience in Construction will be an advantage

willing to work in Tuas South Area

Job Summary

Manage construction projects by overseeing daily operations, monitoring performance, resolving issues, and coordinating with clients and consultants to ensure successful project delivery aligned with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of assigned projects to ensure compliance with company policies and standards
• Monitor project and sub-contractor performance, promptly resolving issues during and after project execution
• Communicate and enforce company policies within project teams to ensure effective implementation
• Identify potential construction problems and implement preventive measures and innovative techniques to improve construction processes
• Review and resolve contractual and technical matters related to projects and provide feedback on sub-contracts
• Lead internal project review meetings and report project performance to directors for informed decision-making
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, schedules, resource allocation, quality plans, environmental compliance, and safety plans according to company requirements
• Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to coordinate project performance and ensure alignment with project goals

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Building, Civil, Structural Engineering, or other construction-related fields
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proficiency in English and Chinese to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in any field
• Strong management, communication, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through project leadership and issue resolution

Job Summary

Manage quantity surveying tasks including progress claims, variation orders, and cost estimation to support competitive tender submissions and project execution in construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage Progress Claims, Variation Orders, Final Accounts, and Sub-contractor Progress Claims to ensure accurate financial tracking of projects
• Perform quantity take-offs and obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to support cost estimation
• Provide detailed estimates and evaluate costing to achieve competitive pricing for tender submissions
• Develop and manage construction schedules, method statements, and temporary plans to ensure timely project delivery
• Source and liaise effectively with site personnel, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and architects to coordinate project-related matters
• Execute additional duties as required to complete project works successfully

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), Quantity Surveying, or Facilities/Building-related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Singapore
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD software applications

• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, independence, high motivation, results orientation, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Availability to start work immediately is advantageous
