Job Summary
Drive business growth by combining technical expertise with client-facing sales. Assess customer needs, deliver tailored mechanical engineering solutions, and provide end-to-end support across the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the aerospace sector to expand market presence
- Prepare detailed technical proposals that address client requirements and demonstrate solution value
- Conduct product demonstrations to effectively communicate technical features and benefits to clients
- Close sales deals by negotiating terms and aligning solutions with customer needs
- Provide after-sales support including troubleshooting technical issues, overseeing installation processes, and conducting site visits to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and timely follow-up
- Accurately log all client interactions and sales activities in CRM to support sales tracking and forecasting
- Utilize MS Office tools to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Travel within Singapore as needed to meet clients and support sales activities
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possession of a valid driving licence is advantageous for client visits and site support
