Job Scopes:
- Oversee all aspects of architectural coordination, installation works, and site execution for construction projects.
- Coordinate with architectural subcontractors and suppliers to ensure proper scheduling, smooth communication, and timely execution of works according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements and authority regulations.
- Liaise closely with consultants, clients, project managers, engineers, and site teams to resolve architectural and technical issues on site.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with approved architectural specifications and safety requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and coordination meetings to ensure proper integration between architectural, structural, and M&E works.
- Track and manage architectural work schedules, site issues, variation works, and rectification matters.
- Maintain proper records, reports, inspection documents, and coordination correspondences.
- Ensure all architectural works are carried out in accordance with project timeline, quality standards, and authority requirements including PUB project specifications.
- Provide leadership and effective coordination among subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements (Qualification & Experience):
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the building construction industry.
- Experience in PUB projects or government projects will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with architectural coordination, shop drawing submissions, and site execution processes.
- Knowledge of local authority requirements, construction standards, and site coordination practices in Singapore.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other construction-related software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Work location is in the west of Singapore.
