• 负责组织项目成本核算工作，包括原材料核算、机械费核算、人工费核算、管理费核算、能源费核算及其它费用核算，实施项目成本管理，确保公司计划利润的实现；
• 负责安排每月工程量统计与核算，负责对职工考勤和工人工资报表的审核监督；
• 负责组织编制施工组织设计、进度计划、安全技术措施等，主要负责控制总工期；
• 组织落实质量责任制，开展CONQUAS管理，协调施工生产安全环境管理；
• 主持每天项目生产会议，落实当日生产情况，及时解决相关问题，布置次日生产；
• 负责协调与公司职能部门、各分包商、材料供应商等的工作关系；
• 组织新技术、新工艺、新材料、新标准的应用、开发及总结工作；
• 按照分公司要求，负责对项目部管理人员的管理、协调、考核、评价等工作；
• 按照分公司要求和项目部发展需要，负责后备人才培养工作。

1、能针对项目建设和现场管理的实际需要主动开展工作，主要工作达到上级要求；

2、负责编制及报送的文件、资料、报表做到准确、及时； 3、处理现场问题及时有效，生产协调及管理到位，无纠纷和混乱现象；

4、本项目合同、进度、质量、成本、安全环境等方面符合公司要求，无重大工作失误和生产事故；

5、项目部内部管理井然有序，员工相处和谐，职工生产和工作积极性较高。

- 拥有10年LTA 工程经验为佳。
